Job management software for electricians.
Quotes off your price list, jobs on the phone, invoices into Xero, and a Certificate of Electrical Safety register that knows the deadline, the fee and who it gets lodged with. Built for shops of two to five people.
What it does for a electrical business
The COES register
Every certificate, its lodgement deadline and its status in one list. Victoria's $9 non-prescribed and $39.70 prescribed fees, the 30-day clock, and the prescribed-work distinction — all in the data.
Victoria and NSW, automatically
Cross the border and the certificate changes from a COES to a CCEW, the deadline goes from 30 days to 7, and the lodging body changes. You don't set anything.
Can't invoice past a missing certificate
A job flagged as needing a certificate won't go to invoiced while it's outstanding. Override needs a reason and it's logged.
Job cards that work in a switchboard cupboard
Photos, notes, materials, time and a signature — offline, queued, sent when signal returns.
Quoting off your own prices
Your price list, your margins. Quote to PDF, accepted quote becomes a job.
Sites, not just customers
The certificate history belongs to the property. Come back in three years and it's all there.
The certificate bit, specifically
A Certificate of Electrical Safety is a separate legal duty from giving the customer their copy, and the clock, the fee and the lodging body are different in every state. In Victoria it's 30 days and ESVConnect; in NSW since July 2026 every CCEW goes through the Building Commission's eCert portal on a 7-day clock. The register tracks each one on its own rules.
